Ensure the reliable treatment of contaminated soil with our company's one of the largest domestic contaminated soil washing plants!

At Daisei Environmental Solutions Co., Ltd., we are capable of environmentally friendly processing through resource recovery and cleaning at our own plants. After sorting and processing at our recycling centers nationwide, materials are transformed into Portland cement and other products at cement factories. In our cleaning process, we reliably treat contaminated soil using one of the largest soil washing plants in Japan that we own. 【Features of Cement Recycling】 ■ Securing a wide range of cement recycling destinations ■ Capable of handling large-scale and short-term soil and sludge processing ■ Adjusting supply and demand through our nationwide recycling centers ■ Bridging the gap between the needs of construction sites (short-term large-scale removal) and cement factories (long-term stable supply) ■ Able to accept industrial waste as a company with an intermediate processing permit for industrial waste *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Contaminated soil treatment

Complete decontamination of polluted soil! A consistent response from transportation to recycling and final disposal is possible.

Our company has established a non-hazardous treatment facility (washing/pyrolysis), a managed final disposal site, and a crushing and classification facility all on the same premises, enabling us to handle a wide range of contamination from low to high concentrations, and we are building a processing system that emphasizes safety even further. We actively adopt a transportation system that promotes modal shift and CO2 reduction through packaging such as "FIBC" (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) and "bulk cargo." At the loading area, "Toyo Port," we have installed custom loading equipment equipped with our specially designed hopper to ensure smooth loading from the ship to the transport vehicles. 【Features】 <Pyrolysis Treatment Facility> ■ Complete harmless treatment of contaminated soil using a rotary kiln-type incinerator ■ Direct heating of the treatment materials (600–1,100°C) for separation and decomposition ■ Indoor storage facilities are fully equipped ■ Incineration capacity: 360t/day x 2 units + 144t/day x 1 unit = 864t/day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
